For riders age 6–18

Online applicants must be 13 or older. If you're under 13, you'll need a parent or other adult to complete the form for you.

 

What you'll need:

A copy (.jpg, .png, .pdf) of the following:

  • Driver's license or State ID, OR
  • Student ID, OR
  • Birth certificate
